Industrial Relation (conduct disciplinary action against employees who violate company regulations or policies, etc)
Record attendance, overtime, permits, sickness or leave of employees to support the payroll process
Managing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP), BPJS Kesehatan (Edabu) including employee registration and all related activities
Managing the employee agreement including all related document and controlling employee contract
Responsible for all HR Administration Activities: (HRIS, employee data base, number of employees, turnover, organizational charts, private insurance, monthly report)
• Conducting end to end employee recruitment process (job posting, sorting, scheduling psychological tests & interviews)
Requirements
Good knowledge of Human Resources, especially in HR Policies, Procedures, Job Descriptions, SOPs
Min. Bachelor's degree in psychology, SDM Management, Law (GPA Min 3.0)
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
