Job Description

You will be helping with expanding the business by reaching out to potential business partner for our new business unit. We are looking a mandarin speaker who excel in verbal or written communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market trends.
• Analyze competitors and industry trends to develop strategic business development plans.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts in both Mandarin and English.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including client interactions and contract details.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the progress of business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably with experience in Mandarin-speaking markets.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
