Job Description

In this role involves troubleshooting and resolving system issues, creating learning materials for new system modules, and keeping track of system performance. You'll report unresolved problems to the development team in China and maintain clear communication with them throughout.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) is essential.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
• Required skills: Mandarin (mandatory), Microsoft Office.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum HSK 5 proficiency in Mandarin.
