Job Description

The key responsibilities of General Affair Staff are to ensure that the organization obtains the goods and services it needs to operate efficiently and effectively, while also managing its assets in a responsible and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree, D3/S1 All major.
• Have 1-2 years experience as General Affair staff (prioritized in handling Asset).
• Have a good communication and negotiation skill.
• Have skill in Microsoft Office (specialized in Excel).
• Willing to work over time & business trip.
• Have knowledge in Asset Management.

Requirements

• Maintaining records of all General Affairs related documents.
• Maintain company inventory assets and administrative management.
• Record Keeping of Office assets (e.g building, workstations labels, desktops/laptops, labels, etc.).
