We are seeking for a Multi-tasking  HR Generalist to help with various HR tasks and contribute to our team’s success.

Job Description :

1.       Responsible to hiring process from job ads posting to screening interview.

2.       Responsible to process employee Onboarding and Offboarding document

3.       Responsible to company compliance follow all Indonesia labors and law

4.       Assist manager with HR-related tasks, such as preparing for meetings, handling employee concerns, and implementing HR policies.

5.       Responsible to do HR Administration (such as assets, employee data, other HR Admin)

6.       Responsible to update employee database

Qualifications :

1.       Bachelor’s degree in HR, or a related field.

2.       2 years experience in HR, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

3.       Good knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.

4.       Strong communication and organizational skills.

5.       Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

6.       Work Placement : PIK 2, Jakarta Utara
