A management trainee is an entry-level position within an organization that is designed to provide comprehensive training and development in various aspects of management. The role of a management trainee is to gain practical experience and knowledge across different departments and functions of the company, with the ultimate goal of preparing them for a leadership role in the future.

Tanggung Jawab
  • Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk.
  • Participate in the company's strategic planning.
  • Understanding the company business process.
Persyaratan
  • Willing to do work field and be placed in outside java island.
  • Training Programs will be held in Oppo HQ , North Jakarta.
  • Able to work under pressure & overtime.
  • Have excellent communication skills, interest in Sales and Marketing Department.
  • Fluent in English is a MUST, Preferably Fluent in Mandarin.
  • Preferably FRESH GRADUATES.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in All Major.
  • Maximum 25 years old.
